Casjubert Australia was started in 2020 by Norbert who was passionate about Plant-based Cheeses that look amazing and taste even better

After going Vegan over 3 years ago, dairy cheese was hardest to live without.  Shortly after meeting Norbert in 2023, I knew that I wanted to be around his passion for food and Plant-based cheese.

Norbert's knowledge and experience has helped me continue producing 100% Plant-based, Raw and Natural Cheese  

We are Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free and Preservative Free as well as Allergen Free

Using Australian Almonds and Cashews to create high quality cheese made fresh to order in our purpose-built factory in Sydney
